Tom Sanders United edit...


Our Sandy recently went down hard knee wise. Word on the street is he's doing good and could be back riding within the coming months. The Notion physio team have installed a fitness program for Tom, it starts at "basic - dance floor work out" to "heavy - dance floor shut down" with manc walk warm ups and warm downs in between. I'm rambling, get well soon Sandy.....
